The Cabildo Bedside Table is handcrafted in solid Tasmanian Blackwood at our Brookvale workshop in Sydney. Tasmanian Blackwood is one of Australia's finest native timbers, and as a bedside table it brings a richness and warmth to the bedroom that is simply impossible to achieve with imported or manufactured materials.
Tasmanian Blackwood ranges from golden amber to deep reddish-brown, often with dramatic wavy figuring that makes each piece unique. The Cabildo features a solid timber drawer with an integrated finger pull on Blum Movento runners for smooth, silent operation, a push-to-open cupboard door below, and a distinctive raised timber base that lifts the piece with quiet elegance. Combined with clean, unfussy joinery, it is a bedside table that will still be beautiful in thirty years.
The Cabildo is fully made to order. Height, width, depth, and number of drawers can all be customised to suit your bedroom.
