Returns & Refunds Policy
At BA Furniture, all our pieces are custom-made to order in our Sydney workshop using solid hardwood timber. Because each item is built specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items If your furniture arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@bafurniture.com.au with:

We will assess the claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Cancellations Once production has commenced, cancellations are not accepted. If you need to cancel before production starts, please contact us immediately at info@bafurniture.com.au.
